WYFX LP & Standards back in Youngstown

Recently, WYFX flipped on their low powered digital station at 19-1. The low powered signal will not cover the area the Fox affiliate has enjoyed on WKBN’s second channel. It’s also not clear if “Fox Youngstown” on 27-2 will be dropped for another network in SD, or if the subchannel will be dropped completely. Hopefully it won’t go away since it’s nice having two Fox affiliates to choose from. In radio news, Adult Standards are back in the Valley on WHTX “The Fabulous 1570”. Whiplash station owner Chris Lash made the flip from Classic Hits on Tuesday.
