Our scouts have been tuning in to 1380 in Kittanning and have reported that both the AM and its FX are on the air with various programs. There is no report to who is operating the station at this time.

    I’d think all stations must have some kind of backup plan for times like this, like a vice president or lieutenant who can take the lead if something happens to an owner.
