WRDD Ebensburg deleted
March 25, 2013The FCC Broadcast Actions report shows that Ebensburg-licensed WRDD (1580) has been deleted. The station was owned by Vernal Enterprises which has been operated by the widow of Larry Schrecongost. Nancy Schrecongost lives in North Carolina and was the sole heir to her husband’s empire. Kittanning-licensed WTYM (1380) and Gallitzin-licenced WHPA-FM (93.5) were both sold immediately. WRDD and sister WNCC had remained unsold. WNCC remains silent, yet active at this time.
