WPXI has new GM

The Post-Gazette reports that WPXI (11) has hired a new general manager. Kevin Hayes returns to Cox Media Group and Pennsylvania taking over for Ray Carter who is now CMG’s regional vice president.

Hayes was GM for WJAC in Johnstown when it was owned by Cox and moved on to a Sinclair duopoly in El Paso, Texas.
