WAVL and translator become sisters to WCNS
June 21, 2016Colonial Radio Group paid $50,000 for WAVL (910 Apollo) back in January. They moved a translator from Olean, New York to Latrobe soon thereafter. But now, according to Tuesday’s Tom Taylor NOW Newsletter, Colonial is selling the set to LHTC Media for $301,500. That will mean WCNS (1480 Latrobe) gets a sister.
Wow, I wasx listening to the Mountain, the other day, cool AM…wonder if the format stays in tact.
The Mountain format will be gone, you can count on hearing the Jim Quinn show that runs on 1480
WAVL has been off the air since the sale was announced
