Remembering Buddy Scott

PBRTV has received word of the death of Buddy Scott (AKA Buddy Kincer) on Sunday. Mr. Kincer had apparently suffered a brief illness at the time of his death. Although most recently a programming consultant, Kincer had worked and was well-known as a programmer for several stations including Pittsburgh’s B-94 (93.7 WBZZ; now KDKA-FM) in the early years of that format.
