Reconstruction Update

Construction will slow down for the next week or so as I tend to other matters. But in the meantime…

• All Pittsburgh station pages are up and running.
• All Ohio Valley station pages are up and running.
• The Central Pennsylvania AM page is up and running and the FM page is halfway ready. (Stay tuned!)

I told you it would take some time, and I have made allowances for interruptions!

Classic Pictures Assignment

So far we have one contribution of photos for the updated photo galleries, and we’re always looking for more! Remember, they can be publicity shots, memories of a great remote broadcast, or that time a DJ swam in a combination of gelatin and pudding in the middle of Gateway Center!

If you would like to e-mail them, send them to pbrtv@aol.com. If you prefer to mail them on a CD (because you have a ton of pictures) please send it to PBRTV/Eric O’Brien; PO Box 101345; Pittsburgh PA 15237. Picture CDs will not be returned. On the off-chance that you would like to send the actual photos for me to scan, please send them to the aforementioned address and be sure to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for me to return them.

Finally, I am still debating on whether or not to resurrect the Classic Mailbag Archive from 1998-2006. I am leaning toward the “for” side since the discussions tend to discuss some now-distant changes and people who may no longer be with us.

From my standpoint, this project is going well. It takes time, but it will be worth it in the end.
