Memorial Plans for Dave Hughes; family requesting help

Dave Hughes’ sister Patricia announced plans for his burial. Hughes, the founder of DCRTV.com in 1997, died suddenly on December 27, 2021 at his residence in North Carolina. Dave will be buried with his parents in Cape May, New Jersey on February 8 which would have been his 64th birthday.
