Tomorrow (4/14) the four Pittsburgh Entercom stations – KDKA-AM (1020); KDKA-FM (93.7); WBZZ-FM (100.7) and WDSY-FM (107.9) will host the Feed the Need Radiothon intended to fund 100,000 meals to help displaced workers fed by the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. The food bank has been hosting pop-up food distribution sites around the area in the last few weeks since the pandemic led to a nationwide shut down and quarantine affecting many non-essential workers. The stations will do live cut-ins between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Listeners will be asked to donate online and via phone call or text message.

Then on Wednesday, WTAE-TV (4) will host a virtual fundraiser for the food bank. The fundraiser will go on all day and every dollar raised will equate to 5 meals.
