I am feeling “Cool”

I feel very fortunate to be where I am these days after being let go by WQLN Public Media about 2 years ago. I found a great part-time position last October with WMCE “88.5 Jazz FM” at Mercyhurst College as Programming / Operations Director thanks to Station Manager, Mike Leal. This week, I found another great part time opportunity with WMVL “Cool 101.7” in Meadville thanks to station owner, Joe Vilkie. I will be handling both the morning & afternoon news updates for both Cool 101.7 and sister station “Cool 1370” in Corry. This position will allow me to also remain at Jazz FM, which I am very happy about. I would also like to wish now former Cool news director (and PBRTV fan) Andy Alm all of the best in his future endeavors which I will update you on in the next week. He has been a great help to me as I take on the news ropes.
