Former KDKA News Director passes away

Gary Froseth – a one-time news director at KDKA radio (1020) – has died. According to DCRTV, Froseth was in Nicaragua as part of a delegation – including his wife – from his hometown of Gettysburg when his death occurred. A news anchor for WTOP radio in Washington, D.C. for the last 16 years, recent health problems affecting the voice kept Froseth off the air.
