Erie’s Morning Mayor passes away

One of Erie’s greatest radio personalities of all time, Frank Martin, has passed away. He was known to many generations of Erie radio listeners as “The Morning Mayor.” He had that title for many years on such radio stations as WJET 1400, Jet FM 102 and his final broadcast stop at Froggy 94.7.
