Cumulus ends HD in Youngstown

It appears that Cumulus has pulled the plug on broadcasting in HD (Hybrid Digital). in Youngstown. The three stations that carried it included Classic Rock WYFM (Y-103), Top 40 WHOT (Hot 101) and Country WQXK (K-105). The three stations did not feature any subchannels with other programming like some of the Clear Channel stations in the Valley carry. It had been rumored that Cumulus is getting away from HD and could be a sign of things to come in other markets.
