“Cadillac Jack” is coming to town

Audacy announced Thursday that country radio veteran Cadillac Jack is heading here to Pittsburgh to WDSY (107.9) where he will join Kristen and Maria on the “Y’d Awake” morning show starting Monday, July 11.

Cadillac Jack is a multiple-time nominee of “On-Air Personality of the Year” from the Academy of Country Music as well as the similar “Broadcast Personality of the Year” from the CMA. His most recent position was morning host and assistant PD for WHEL in Ft. Myers, FL. Before that he was in Lansing, MI where he was also morning host and assistant brand manager at WITL, following the departure of Pittsburgh’s beloved “Banana Don” Jefferson.

In addition to the aforementioned stations, he has also worked in Philadelphia, Tampa, Detroit, and Las Vegas.
