Boylan retires
August 4, 2017After 36 years on KDKA-AM (1020), Barbara Boylan retires today. This means the end of her getting up in the middle of the night.
Boylan has been in Pittsburgh since 1978 and was on WKTQ (1320) before switching over to KDKA in 1981. She had also worked at stations in Ohio and Western New York prior to Pittsburgh.
According to the Post-Gazette, the open position will be covered from within.
