Are you satisfied with Time Warner Cable in Erie City / County?

Last week, Erie City Council held a meeting regarding Time Warner Cable serving the City of Erie as well as several other municipalities in Erie county. The agreement TWC had in Erie expired back in 2006 and the region has been working with the terms from the old agreement. A forum was held in order to gather input from those who subscribe to TWC and the changes they would like to see with the new agreement. What do you like or dislike about the service they provide. Would you like more competition cable wise or are you a subscriber to satellite providers Dish Network or Directv because TWC does not provide channels like “The NFL Network” (as an example.) Are the rates with TWC too high to the point where you dropped cable altogether for free over the air TV along with programs streamed on the Internet. Your thoughts on the subject are always welcome.
