House votes against DTV transition delay

National News:

According to ABC News and CBS News, The US House of Represenatives (mostly on the Republican side of the isle) decided not to follow the Senate in approving the delay of the DTV transition. The transition which is to occur on February 17th would have been moved back to June 12th. The delay would have had some wiggle room as stations could have converted to digital before the proposed new deadline. More news as it becomes available.
